What started as detailed renderings on paper is now taking shape in concrete, steel, and glass—and the results are stunning.

One of our favorite parts of this project is seeing how closely the finished product mirrors the original concept renderings. Sometimes the resemblance is so uncanny you have to stop and ask: is that an image or the real thing? From the rooftop pool deck to the amenity spaces, Wonderland is proving that thoughtful design can be executed with precision and creativity.

For the Wonderland project, our team was proud to create a stunning rooftop pool experience that blends luxury, technology, and lifestyle. From synchronized lighting and sound to automated water features, every element was designed to engage the senses.
Beyond the pool, we also supplied and integrated the complete door systems throughout the property—combining functionality, security, and smart access control to complement the building’s modern design.

Bringing Wonderland’s Rooftop Oasis to Life
The Rooftop Retreat
At the heart of Wonderland is a 6,000-square-foot rooftop entertainment space that rivals some of Kansas City’s best skyline venues. The pool itself spans 2,500 square feet and includes a hot tub, water features, and full automation. Lights, pumps, waterfalls, and schedules are all seamlessly controlled—demonstrating that whether it’s doors, lights, or even a pool pump, automation is automation.
Surrounding the pool is a suspended deck built to handle both the water and the weight of up to 250 people enjoying the space. Residents can lounge, play ping pong, relax under the shade of a palm installation, grill out, or take in panoramic views of the Crossroads Arts District and downtown Kansas City.

What sets Wonderland apart is the way technology elevates every detail. Controlled access ensures security and convenience, while outdoor speakers, TVs, and integrated audio-visual systems create a true entertainment atmosphere. The pool deck isn’t just a place to swim—it’s a lifestyle experience designed to bring people together.

While the rooftop pool gets plenty of attention, Wonderland is packed with amenities across seven unique spaces:

Looking Ahead
Construction is moving quickly, but like any big project, timelines depend on details. Decking, staging, and final touches may push completion into the fall, but even as the last pieces come together, Wonderland is already reshaping what luxury apartment living means in Kansas City.
